REFUND POLICY

All Resol Beach items are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for ‘change of mind’ or accidental purchases. Exchanges or store-credits are at the discretion of Resol Beach. If approved for an exchange or store credit, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If The Product Never Arrived 

We make sure to ship all our products. However we also understand that shipments can get lost and thus we offer a refund for shipments that never reach. That said you are required to get in touch with us to investigate the case and if required issue a refund. Let us know via email: info@resolbeach.com.

Damages + Replacements

In the event an item arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Please notify us immediately and attach photos of the damage so we can arrange for a repair or replacement. Once approved, please ship the item back in original packaging with all tags in place. Repairs and/or replacements are at the discretion of Resol Beach. Items approved for repair or replacement will be assessed upon return. Please note, only items that have been approved through email will be accepted.

Item Breaks During Use 

We make sure that all items are manufactured to the highest quality standards using the best materials that money can buy. That said case helps to enhance the life of the items you buy. Thus if an item breaks during use, we can't be responsible for it and it may not qualify for a refund. However, if you feel that in your case it merits a refund email us with proof making your case why it merits a refund at:  info@resolbeach.com.

Change of Mind 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, then get in touch with us by sending an email to: info@resolbeach.com. 

How To Return Your Item 

Once you've been approved for a return or replacement, you will be emailed a return shipping label, please attach it securely to box. Ensure the item you are sending back has all original packaging, tags, and is shipped within 7 days of receipt of return shipping label.
