Orders + Shipping:

Orders placed Monday-Friday by 12pm PST ship within 1-2 business days. Heavy and/or bulk orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive confirmation via email once your order is processed, and tracking confirmation once your order has been picked up and shipped by the carrier.

Our items are made in limited quantities and are not mass produced. Because of this, we offer the option to preorder which will guarantee your item before it sells out. You will receive updates via email regarding your order status. Preorders ship within 5 days after they’ve been received at our warehouse. *Please note, we are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Our container is currently on a vessel docked at Long Beach Port— We expect to ship of stock items by end of January.*

Refund Policy:

All Resol Beach orders are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for 'change of mind' or accidental purchases. However, understand things happen. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact info@resolbeach.com.

Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages + Replacements:

Damages while in transit are rare, but do occur. In the event your item arrives with any sort of damage or defect, we'll make it right. Notify us within 72 hours to be considered for a replacement. Photos will be requested in order to assess the damage so a repair or replacement can be sent. Repairs & replacements are at the sole discretion of Resol Beach. 

How To Return Your Item:

Once you've contacted us for a return or replacement, please ensure the item you are sending back has all original packaging, tags, and is shipped within 7 days of approval from our team.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. By choosing to return an approved item for any reason, you must take full responsibility for the condition for the goods while in transit. Further details will be sent via email once approved.
