Shipping: 
Orders placed by 12pm M-F will ship within the same day. All orders placed after 12pm ship the following business day. West Coast orders typically deliver within 1-3 business days & East Coast within 3-7. Tracking confirmations will be provided once your order has been processed. We offer ground shipping via UPS within the lower 48 states and standard, prorated shipping for Alaska & Hawaii. 
Pre-Orders: 
Our handmade items are made in limited quantities and are not mass produced. Because of this, we offer the option to preorder which will guarantee your item before it sells out. Arrival dates are approximate due to ocean freight delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We provide updates as quickly as we receive them, in the event that there is a delay. If you have questions about your pre-order status or need to update your order information for any reason, please click here. Please note, we charge a 25% restocking fee for all pre-order cancellations.
Return Policy:
Our items are handmade and are not mass produced- therefore slight imperfections are expected. These tiny imperfections, if any, do not qualify as damaged. We carefully inspect all items to ensure quality prior to shipping. If you believe your item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours from delivery with your name, order number, and reason. We may require pictures in order to approve such returns. If an item qualifies for an exchange or replacement, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days from the day your order was received.
