Orders + Shipping:
In stock items ship within 1-2 business days from Los Angeles, CA via UPS. Orders placed Friday after 3pm PST will ship the following business day. You will receive tracking confirmation once your order has shipped. Once your order has been shipped, please estimates 1-3 business days (West Coast) and 3-5 business days (East Coast) for delivery. 
Return Policy:
All Resol Beach LLC orders are non-refundable.
We do not issue refunds for 'change of mind' or accidental purchases. Any returns or exchanges that are approved are at the discretion of Resol Beach LLC and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Your happiness is our biggest priority— please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
Damages & Replacements:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations can be expected. The small imperfections, if any, do not quality as damaged. If you believe your item was damaged while in transit, please let us know as soon as possible. Photos will be requested to assess the damage and submit a damage claim. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and arrive in good condition within 14 days from the day your order was received in order to receive a replacement. A replacement will be sent after the damaged item has been inspected. Resol Beach LLC will take care of the shipping cost for approved replacements only. If items are received after the 14 day policy or in poor condition, an additional 25% restocking fee will be applied and a store credit will be issued.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are subject to a 7% cancellation fee.
Misc:
If a return or exchange is approved, please note shipping costs will not be covered by Resol Beach LLC, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs may be higher than the initial cost paid by the customer, as the total shipping cost required to ship goods is discounted. By choosing to return an item for any reason, (refund, replacement, exchange, etc) you must take full responsibility for the condition of all goods while in transit. If an item is damaged while in transit, Resol Beach LLC has the right to forfeit any returns or exchanges that may have been approved prior to shipping.

 

 

Pre-Orders: 

Our items are made in limited quantities and are not mass produced. Because of this, we offer the option to preorder which will guarantee your item before it sells out. Arrival dates are approximate due to ocean freight delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We will provide updates as quickly as we receive them from our team overseas. If you have questions in the interim about your pre-order status or need to update your order information, please contact us below.
