Macrame Umbrellas

  • Spot clean with mild soapy water. No harsh chemicals.
  • Use a commercial base weighing a minimum of 100 lbs.
  • Collapse and cover with weatherproof patio umbrella when not in use — especially in winds over 10 mph or heavy rain. If not in use for extended periods we recommend you store the umbrella.
  • Occasionally clean and treat the teak frame with a teak cleaner and oil, available at most hardware stores.

Rattan Chairs

  • Lay flat during transport.
  • Wipe with a clean, damp cloth after use and shake out sand or debris.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, oils, and prolonged moisture.
  • For the cotton strap, spot clean as needed.

Market Tote

  • If your tote loses its shape, lightly mist with water and reshape by hand. This can be done as many times as needed without affecting durability.
  • Air dry.

Baskets

  • Due to the fragile nature of the handmade rattan, handle with care.
  • The wine holder insert is packed inside the basket. Attach it carefully and gently when in use — do not force it into place.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Heavy or bulk orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation and tracking once your order ships.

For international shipping quotes, contact us at info@resolbeach.com with your delivery address and the items you're interested in so we can provide you an accurate delivery quote. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, taxes, or tariffs incurred.

Preorder items ship within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. You'll receive email updates on your order status.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for change of mind. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out — we're happy to help.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages & Replacements

Transit damage is rare but occasionally happens. If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 72 hours with photos and we'll assess a repair or replacement. Resolutions are at the sole discretion of Resol Beach.

Returns

If a return is approved, ship the item in its original packaging within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Full details will be provided via email upon approval.
