Cancellations 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. For cancellations after this period, please get in touch with us to find out if its possible. 

No Returns for Change of Mind


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you review product details carefully before completing your order.

No Exchange

Your item once ordered cannot unfortunately be exchanged with another similiar item, even if the price is similiar. 

Delivered The Wrong Product 

If the wrong product was delivered, please get in touch with us within 7 business days of delivery. 

Defective or Damaged Items (on arrival)


We only accept returns if the item you receive is defective or damaged. If this occurs:
  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing [your business email] with your order number and a clear description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of misuse or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs

  • If the item is confirmed defective or damaged on arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is not approved, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
